This 234x57mm gyuto is forged from 1.2419 tungsten alloyed steel, and fitted with an ebony handle. Steel pins were used to secure the handle. The blade has a laser geometry with a spine of 2.7mm out of the handle, tapering down to a fine tip. The blade weighs a mere 183 grams
